Our story
Several years ago Asheville NC was devastated by a 1,000 year flood from a hurricane. Something of biblical proportions.
Landslides, rivers over flowing their banks, taking out entire towns. No power, no water, no cell service, no internet.
As I drove through the mountains on a civilian supply convoy to the affected areas. I see rationing, armed guards, grocery lines backed up to the street. Restaurants closed. Large parking lots becoming mini triage cities for the hurt and hungry citizens.
It’s truly something you see out of a movie.
At this moment my life changed. I thought to myself What happens when the next SHTF event shuts down the world? Not just a region. How many of these people will loot, kill, rape to get what they need in order to survive. How long will it take for your community to turn on you when they have gone 2, 5, 10 days without food and water.
What would you do? The answer is you would do whatever it takes. There, lies the problem. So will everyone else.
When the supplies stop coming. When FEMA doesn’t come. When the national guard is more worried about continuity of government and helping the military than helping your family.
That’s where we come into play. A homestead retreat community of like minded individuals here to survive and thrive.
What will you do? Where will you go to get away from society?
In that moment. People are both your greatest asset and your biggest threat.

Over the last 10 years we have become obsessed with preparation.
The hair-trigger events that have come so close to putting us in turmoil. It’s not an IF but a WHEN.
Think back to 2020 when Covid hit. The world went crazy. Bank runs. Toilet paper shortages. Grocery shelves were empty. Covid was a 1% mortality rate virus. What happens when the next airborne virus hits at a 10%, 20% or 50% mortality rate? Apocalypse is the answer.
-Our specialty has been bringing people together to achieve a common goal. Building organizations, companies, hiring the right people and building teams.
-While building a 8 figure revenue company our founder has seen where and how people perform at their best.
- While building 2 other 6 figure revenue businesses we have learned how to accomplish many things simultaneously.
-We’ve seen a diverse group of individuals that all have different strengths and perform at the highest of levels.
-We’ve seen with commitment, vision, focus, the right environment, perseverance and a purpose that people change their lives. They achieve things they knew were possible with the right group around them.

- When SHTF happens, our 100+ acre mountain ranch becomes activated. Members have a dedicated ranch set up with everything needed to survive ANY scenario.
